convection

Convection is heat transfer by mass motion of a fluid such as air or water when the heated fluid is moved away from the source of heat, carrying the energy with it. There are three primary means of heat transfer: conduction, convection, and radiation.

Example: A convection oven is an oven that has fans to circulate air around food, which allows more heat to be transferred to the food.
