Please read these SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions carefully. By completing the SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Form or messaging our SMS service phone number, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Magoosh, Inc. ("Company", "Magoosh", “we” or “us”) at the mobile phone number(s) you provide.

Program Description

Magoosh offers its text messaging program whereby the Company will text message you to provide you with information concerning your account activity with Company and other Company products, services, and promotions (all of the foregoing the "Company Program").

Opt-In/Opt-Out

To opt-in to receive text messages from us, complete and submit the SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Form. We will then send you a text requesting that you confirm your enrollment in the Company Program. You may also opt-in by sending a text message to our SMS service phone number, available on our website.

To STOP receiving text messages from Company, simply reply to any of our text messages with the any of the words STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT. Please note that opting out may generate a final text confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Cost

We do not charge for this messaging service. However, mobile carrier fees, message and data rates may apply. Participation is subject to your carrier’s standard messaging rates and it is best to contact your wireless provider with any questions about your text or data plan.

Supported Carriers; Interruption

The Company Program should be available through your equipment or mobile device when the equipment or device is within the operating range of your wireless service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.

Eligibility

To receive text messages from Magoosh or enroll in the Company Program, you must be a resident of the United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older, authorized to enroll the mobile phone number in the Company Program, and authorized to incur any mobile message or data charges incurred by participating. Company reserves the right to require you to prove the foregoing to participate in the Company Program.

Changes to this SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Magoosh may revise, modify, or amend these SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to the Company website. You agree to review these Company SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued participation in the Company Program will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

Acknowledgements

In using our messaging service, you acknowledge, represent, and agree to the following:

  • You agree to receive automated promotional messages.
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete, and you have the right to provide such information to us for the purpose of using the Company Program.
  • You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt-in.
  • Consent to receive text messages from us is not a condition required to purchase any products or services from the Company.
  • Under the Company Program, the number of Company text messages that you receive may vary depending upon your account activity and your communication with Company.
